  • Assessment & treatment planning

Based on your individual needs and circumstances, your psychologist will conduct a thorough assessment to develop a personalised treatment plan. This plan will outline the therapeutic approach that is best suited for you, including the frequency and duration of sessions.

  • Your challenges, your solutions

Everyone has their own needs and challenges. We’ll identify the right treatment for yours. Whether it’s anxiety, coping with a loss, emotional regulation, or conditions like ADHD or PTSD, there’s a course of action that’s right for you. We’ll work with you to find it.

  • Initial session

Your first session will involve a comprehensive discussion of your current concerns, treatment goals, and personal background. This is an opportunity for you to share your experiences and for your psychologist to gain a better understanding of your needs.

  • Ongoing sessions

Ongoing sessions will involve the utilisation of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness techniques, or other appropriate interventions. These sessions will provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, develop coping strategies, and work towards your treatment goals.
