Imogen is a compassionate and dedicated Provisional Psychologist with a deep passion for guiding and supporting her clients. She believes in empowering individuals to recognize their own strengths and potential. Her therapeutic approach is client-centred, ensuring that everyone remains in control of their own journey. Rather than taking a directive role, she creates a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace. She also integrates a somatic approach, recognising the intricate connection between the mind and body, and treating mental health concerns holistically.
Imogen enjoys working with clients of all ages, from school-aged children and teenagers to older adults. Her expertise includes supporting young people, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges related to trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, executive functioning, and grief. Her empathetic, kind, and curious nature allows her to build strong therapeutic relationships and tailor her approach to everyone’s unique needs.
She is trained in a range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, ACT, DBT, TF-CBT, and Narrative Therapy. Imogen is excited to be part of The Wellness Practice and looks forward to working alongside clients to foster resilience, self-awareness, and healing.
