Matthew is an Exercise Physiologist who has come to The Wellness Practice with 8 years experience. He has a real passion for helping people through exercise and it has given him to chance to work throughout Australia and overseas. His main clinical interests are in musculoskeletal and neurological rehab, but has worked with all number of chronic health conditions and can provide expert help in whatever your issues might be. Most notably, Matthew has a wealth of experience rehabilitating those with ACL injuries back to high sport successfully, having learnt from some of the best Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologists that Australia has to offer. He has also had the privilege of assisting in developing new and ground breaking protocols in the ACL rehabilitation space.

Cassie is a diligent Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner with nearly 15 years of experience in the musculoskeletal field. She seamlessly integrates acupuncture, cupping, and remedial massage to provide comprehensive, personalized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Cassie emphasizes evidence-based acupuncture supported by scientific research. Whether you’re dealing with acute or chronic pain, arthritis, anxiety, stress, digestive or gynecological issues, or post-stroke recovery, Cassie is committed to helping you achieve relief and enhance your overall well-being through integrative and personalized care. Cassie didn’t believe in TCM and Acupuncture until she turned 30. After suffering a severe injury from a car accident, the specialist suggested surgery to remove all the tissues in her left calf. She rejected the surgery and opted for Acupuncture treatment six days a week for a year. The results were so remarkable that now no one can tell she was ever in a crash. Inspired by her recovery, she decided to devote herself to TCM to help others.

James Lim is an Accredited Practising Dietitian dedicated to nurturing and embodying healthy lifestyle and nutrition practices. Professionally, he has various different experiences within dietetics, spanding from corporate food service/food industry, sole trader/business owner and private practice dietetics. His clinical load varies from general adult population, to cancer and oncology support, to children and families of children living with disability, including those living with neurodivergent conditions. He utilises a client centered, family orientated approach in his practice, and strongly values the importance of rapport, communication, and multidisciplinary team approaches (including the client and their families). Additionally, James is trained in the S.O.S (Sequential Oral Sensory) approach to feeding and runs feeding therapy for children.

Ashley is bubbly and compassionate Clinical Psychologist Registrar who has completed a Bachelors degree in Psychology (Honours) and a Masters in Clinical Psychology. She is passionate about equipping clients with the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges so that they can confidently move towards achieving their therapeutic goals in a safe and collaborative way. Ashley works with children, couples, adults, and adolescents. She has a specific interest in trauma, but has experience in supporting individuals presenting with all types of Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Phobias, PTSD, Anger, Grief & Loss, Attachment Issues, ADHD, Stress, Relationship Difficulties, Adjustment and Work/School-related concerns. She also specialises in administering psychometric assessments and testing. In a therapeutic space Ashley specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Psychotherapy, IFS and Attachment-Based Therapy, and mindfulness based cognitive therapy.
