Myotherapist & Remedial Massage

Our myotherapists and remedial massage therapists specialise in optimising your musculoskeletal health and overall wellbeing through the transformative powers of myotherapy and remedial massage.

What is Myotherapy and Remedial Massage?

Myotherapy is a form of physical therapy that focuses on assessing, treating, and preventing musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. Our approach integrates various techniques, exercises, and guidance to improve muscle and joint health.

Remedial massage is a hands-on massage therapy that targets specific muscles, tendons, and connective tissues to alleviate pain, enhance flexibility, and achieve overall relaxation. It is often used to address soft tissue concerns and boost circulation.

At The Wellness Practice, our skilled remedial massage therapists specialise in sports massage, where they can aid in reducing inflammation and relieving tension in muscles, tendons and ligaments therefore promoting flexibility, and improving recovery times for enhanced performance.
