My philosophy as an accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist emphasises health as a dynamic, holistic journey. Education and collaboration are both key. The high value I place on collaboration means I work with clients to understand an individual’s challenges and goals, with the incorporation of education empowering my clients to make healthier decisions independently. My areas of expertise include managing and rehabilitating clients with complex conditions like stroke, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, cancer, musculoskeletal injuries, and chronic pain.

Physiotherapist
Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences (Hons); Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT); APPI Clinical Pilates Equipment level 1,2,3,4; Dry needling advanced
Parinaz’ philosophy as a physiotherapist is focused on empowering clients through education. She believes in increasing an individual’s capacity to handle greater physical loads, which plays a key role in injury prevention. Her approach to healthcare is centered around a client-focused, holistic model. Her areas of expertise include musculoskeletal conditions (acute and chronic), sports injuries, prehabilitation for joint replacement surgeries, post-operative rehabilitation, back and neck pain, joint and muscle pain, tendinopathy and tendon repair, arthritis management, and manual therapy techniques (e.g., joint mobilization, soft tissue therapy). “I have successfully helped clients recover from injuries, manage pain, and restore mobility through tailored treatment plans. My holistic approach combines manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and patient education to ensure long-term success and prevent re-injury. I also enjoy using Pilates-based exercises in prehab and rehab of clients, management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions and general strength and conditioning.”
