He supports clients in addressing a variety of mental health concerns. He has particular interests in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, anxiety and mood disorders, as well as the impacts of domestic and family violence, particularly coercive control. Ash believes that each person is the expert in their own life, and takes a strengths-based approach to therapy, empowering clients to build resilience and achieve meaningful growth. He works full-time at the Wellness Practice and provides services for NDIS plan- and self-managed participants, private clients, and those accessing support through Medicare.
