Clinical reformer pilates utilises a specialised machine with springs and pulleys to provide a challenging and controlled workout lead by a Physiotherapist. Unlike traditional mat pilates which uses bodyweight exercises, reformer pilates incorporates a reformer machine for added challenge and support. With clinical reformer pilates, you’ll not only strengthen and lengthen your muscles but also enhance your overall well-being, leaving you feeling stronger, more flexible, and more energised.
Our intimate group sessions cater to all abilities, from beginners to seasoned athletes. After an initial 1:1 assessment with one of our Physiotherapists, you can join our small group reformer pilates classes.
Reformer pilates strengthens your core muscles, leading to better posture, enhanced balance, and injury prevention, helping you move with greater ease and confidence in your daily activities.
The unique design of the reformer machine allows for a wider range of motion, improving your overall flexibility and mobility.
Our reformer pilates classes can help you burn calories, build muscle, improve cardiovascular health and boost your overall fitness.
Clinical reformer pilates is also about connecting with your body on a deeper level. Mindful movement and breathwork help promote greater awareness, focus, and stress reduction.
