Hugo is a Registered Psychologist with more than 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents and adults across educational, community and private practice settings in Australia and Peru. He has a particular interest in working with anxiety, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation, life transitions and a broad range of mental health concerns. Hugo has extensive experience working within schools, private practice and the NDIS sector, collaborating with children, families, educators, GPs and allied health professionals to provide practical, person-centred care. He has a strong interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families and has experience conducting psychological assessments and integrating assessment findings into meaningful treatment planning. Hugo provides a warm, collaborative and evidence-based approach to therapy, recognising that every client brings unique strengths, experiences and goals. He tailors treatment to each individual’s needs, helping clients build practical skills, resilience and confidence to navigate life’s challenges. Hugo draws on a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and mindfulness-based interventions. He is committed to ongoing professional development and delivering compassionate, high-quality psychological care.
