Sarah Gregory
Psychologist
Reg. Psychology Board of Australia and Medicare, Associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS)
Sarah provides a compassionate and safe space for her clients, and brings a collaborative and holistic approach to her role as a psychologist. She uses evidence-based practices which are reviewed and strengthened through ongoing professional development. She recognises that clients bring skills and resources of their own to this process and together will build upon these capacities to work towards their goals. Primarily working with adults, Sarah assists people experiencing depression, grief, stress, anxiety, trauma, significant change, and career transition.
Sarah also has a special interest in neurodivergence. She has worked in the not-for-profit sector for twenty years, with the last five specifically focused on work within the mental health industry. More recent roles have included individual counselling, the facilitation of affordable wraparound mental health support and identifying behavioural interventions to increase wellbeing and quality of living. Sarah enjoys seeing people build upon their strengths and implement sustainable change to support their wellbeing.
